Perry Ealim

Perry Ealim is an innovative business developer and business advocate dedicated to helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams of business ownership and sustainability. In the past 8 years, Mr. Ealim has developed solutions for a wide array of businesses and business issues important to small, minority and women owned businesses in Maryland.

Mr. Ealim developed the first business incubator in his hometown of Phoenix, AZ, and serves on several boards, including the Black Chamber of Commerce of Anne Arundel, the Mid-Atlantic Business Finance Company, and the BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) Task Force for Anne Arundel. With key elected officials, Mr. Ealim organized and hosted 2 BRAC Symposia at the Joint Legislative Hearing Room.

He is the President of Merge Business Development Systems and is currently pursuing several projects such as Homes For Heroes Housing Project (HHHP) and a minority bank. Mr. Ealim assists HHPI with its organizational priorities and governance concerns.
